I’m Julia Dignam, founder of JD Strategies. I partner with mission-driven organizations that need thoughtful strategy, practical support, and development systems built to last.
My background spans nonprofit development and partnerships across education, youth development, human services, conservation, and public-private initiatives. I’ve worked both in-house and as a consultant, supporting leaders and teams through periods of growth, transition, and complexity. That experience shapes my approach: collaborative, pragmatic, and grounded in the realities nonprofit organizations face.
I launched JD Strategies in 2025 to provide high-quality, flexible development support tailored to each organization’s goals, capacity, and stage of growth.
